1. Low differential pressure gauges shall be diaphragm-actuated, magnetic-helix type, with no mechanical linkage between diaphragm and pointer, for air and non-combustible gases. 2. Dial shall be 100 mm (4"), with die-cast aluminium case and bezel, acrylic cover and front zero adjustment. 3. Range shall be as scheduled: 0–250 Pa for pre-filters (0–500 / 0–750 Pa for fine and HEPA filters; 0–60 Pa or 60–0–60 Pa for room pressure). 4. Accuracy shall be ±3% of full scale; pressure limits −70 kPa to 100 kPa; operating temperature −6.7 °C to 60 °C. 5. Gauges shall have duplicated 1/8" NPT(F) high and low pressure taps (side and back), and shall be supplied with plugs, tubing adapters and flush-mounting adapters. 6. Gauges shall be mounted with the diaphragm vertical, connected with flexible tubing to static pressure tappings on each side of the filter or room boundary. 7. It manufactures cable trays at its plant in Pirangut, Pune, sold as Pioneer Cable Trays; it manufactures and supplies industrial instruments for pressure, temperature, level, flow and air quality; and it consults on green buildings and energy, including certification support and energy audits. The company was founded in 1994 by Deepak Wani.
Perforated, ladder, wire mesh and raceway (trunking) cable trays, with bends, tees, crosses, reducers, covers and couplers. Finishes are pre-galvanised, hot-dip galvanised, powder-coated, aluminium, SS 304L and SS 316L, and FRP cable trays are also supplied. The standard length is 2,500 mm and the plant can make up to 8,000 metres a day.
Pioneer cable trays are UL certified and compliant with IEC 61537:2023 and NEMA VE 1. Perforated trays have been tested at an NABL-accredited laboratory, Chakan Testing and Research Lab, Pune (NABL TC-8638), and the test reports are published on pioneercabletrays.com.
Yes. Pioneer exports cable trays and instruments with full export documentation, to projects in the GCC, the Middle East and Africa. Export orders are quoted FOB Nhava Sheva. Trays are offered to NEMA VE 1, IEC 61537:2023 or BS EN 61537, so one range can be quoted against North American, IEC-based and UK specifications.
